St. George's Casavant (Hauptwerk Version 1) Demos

The decay portions of the samples in this set have been trimmed with the intention that when played back in a dry listening environment, reverberation would be added separately through software, or through an external reverb processing unit. Most of the MP3 demos that follow are provided in two formats: the first is "Wet" - external reverb was added; the second is "Dry" - no reverb was added. The dry demos allow the listeners to hear the samples as they will receive them, and allow the listeners to add their own reverb.

Unless otherwise stated, all demos were performed by Ken Bales from a MIDI organ console. For the "Wet" demos, the Lexicon MX200 provided the reverberation. Also, for a large variety of demos, visit James Pressler's web-page dedicated to the St. George's Casavant Sample Set
